I'll be doing a half-hour XMAS music mashup on
KCHUNG on Friday at 7 PM (as part of a 3-hour DJ relay) drawing from my extensive collection of Outsider, experimental, and just plain rockin' holiday music. Along with classic fragments of BJ Snowden, Joseph Spence, David Hasselhoff, Rodd Keith, The Shaggs, Stompin' Tom Conners, and Wesley Willis, I'll be trying to squeeze in a bit of Suicide, XTC, The Ramones, Sonic Youth, and Snoop Dogg, plus meta-collages from Tom Recchion, Michael Waterman, Merzbow, Rick Potts, Corporal Blossom and Mitchell Brown.
